Service Cancellations: Clients who cancel consulting services at least 3 days before the scheduled service may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
-
Service Dissatisfaction: If a client believes the services provided did not meet agreed expectations, a refund request may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
-
Non-Refundable Deposits: Some services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure scheduling and resources. This will be communicated before payment is made.
